Withdrawal of diploma

Withdraw your original diploma : day classes and DAEFLE :

• Pick up on site : you have to come to the desk office with a valid identity document.
• Withdraw by a third party : the latter has to come with a valid identity document, a power of attorney signed by the principal and a copy of the principal's identity document.
• By mail : you have to download the diploma request form and send it to DEFLE with the documents requested on the form. Please mention the semester and the level (ex. : F1N1S1) of the diploma

  Cost abroad : €8,45

In case of loss or theft of your original diploma :

The university can issue a duplicate diploma if the orginal document has been destroyed, lost or stolen. You have to download the duplicate request form and send it to DEFLE with the documents requested on the form.
