‘Tuesdays at the DEFLE Department’
In order to increase the value of on-going training and research in didactics, the DEFLE department regularly invites master trainers of trainers and specialists in the teaching and learning of foreign languages, to hold a conference on the subject of one of their areas of expertise.
Who may attend?
These conferences are aimed primarily at teachers or future teachers of French as a Foreign Language (FLE), and/or of other foreign languages. However, the conferences are also open to anyone who has an interest in the subject.
When?
The conferences generally take place on Tuesday evenings, from 5:30pm to 7pm. They consist of a one-hour presentation, followed by questions taken from the floor. Upcoming conferences are announced in the News section of the website.
