The PASSERELLE University Diploma allows 50 students, each year, to benefit from French as a Foreign Language courses and to be supported in the construction of a project to resume their studies.

SCOLARSHIPS AND ACCOMODATION
This DU gives students who are beneficiaries of international protection the right to a scholarship based on social criteria or a specific annual allowance, if the criteria set by the CROUS are met. Scholarship holders can apply for student accommodation at the CROUS. Check your eligibility on the following dedicated Crous page.
HOW TO APPLY
1. Submission of applications on the DEFLI platform from 16.02.26 to 09.03.26: only complete and finalised applications will be taken into account.
Documents to be submitted:
2. Replies sent to candidates (16.03.26) (refusal or invitation to the recruitment tests)
→ If your application corresponds to the criteria for access to the training: you will be invited to an exam (see selection procedure below)
→ If your application does not meet the criteria for access to the training: you will not be invited to the exam, you will then be able to register for the paid French courses offered by the DEFLE (day or evening classes)
Selection procedure (academic year 2026/2027): If your application meets the criteria for access to training:
3. TEST 1 (3 April 2026, face-to-face): oral comprehension and written test, objective: to check the candidate's level of French; → if your level of French corresponds to the required level (A2 minimum) you will be invited to test 2.
4. TEST 2 (mid-April 2026, face-to-face): oral interview on the project to resume studies (motivation)
5. 27 APRIL: commission to study the files and final selection.
6. 28/29/30 APRIL: final answer to the candidates
